How often should you stretch?
Three focused sessions a week beat a heroic hour once a month. A realistic cadence for people who actually live here.

The honest answer is not “every day” and it is not “whenever you remember.” Three focused sessions a week beat a heroic hour once a month — especially if you sit, ride a scooter, and then try to make up for it on Sunday.
A cadence that survives real life
If you live in Canggu, think of stretching like brushing your teeth: short, regular, slightly boring. Forty-five to sixty minutes, three times a week, is enough for most people in our rooms. Two is a floor. Daily is optional, and only if the work stays easy.
If you are visiting, two or three classes during the stay is more useful than one exhausted session the night before you fly.
What “focused” actually means
Scrolling on a mat does not count. A focused session has a warm-up, a few positions held with breath, and a trainer who notices when you are stretching your back instead of your hip. That is why we prefer you in the studio rather than following a random video at the villa.
- Stiff from a desk — stretching or healthy back, three times a week.
- Already in pilates or yoga — keep those, and add one stretching class.
- Sore after a new class — take a day, then come back. Soreness is information, not a dare.
Consistency beats intensity
You will get further by showing up on a Tuesday and a Thursday than by forcing splits in one go. Book a membership if you are here for a month or more. If you are passing through, send us a Telegram and we will find you two or three slots that still have space.
