Why small groups beat packed classes
Attention is the product. When the trainer can see your ribs, your knees and your breath, the hour is worth showing up for.

Packed drop-in classes are efficient for the timetable. They are not efficient for you. When twenty people share one trainer, the hour becomes a follow-along. When the group stays small, the trainer can see your ribs, your knees and your breath — and that is the actual product.
What a crowded room hides
In a full class the strongest person sets the pace. Beginners copy shapes they cannot yet control. The coach has time for a general cue, not for your left hip. You leave slightly sweaty and none the wiser about why your back still nags.
What small groups make possible
We cap classes so the session can still feel close to a private. The trainer scales every exercise in the room. If your hamstring is quiet and your neighbour’s is not, you are not doing the same thing — and that is the point.
This is also why the halls are spacious. Attention needs space: to walk the room, to adjust a reformer, to let someone rest without becoming a traffic cone.
Who this is for
- Beginners who do not want to perform for a packed room.
- People with a fussy back, who need the exercise changed, not shouted over.
- Anyone who will actually return next week because the last hour felt specific.
